By accessing salare.net or using the Salare app, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

Salare is an AI-powered meal planning and food waste reduction app. We provide tools to help you track your pantry, plan meals, and reduce household food waste. The service is currently in pre-launch; features may change before and after launch.

By joining the waitlist, you agree to receive a small number of emails from us about Salare’s release: an invitation to early TestFlight access, a notification when Salare launches on the App Store, and details of the waitlist referral offer — everyone receives a 7-day free trial at launch, and if at least one household joins the waitlist through your personal referral link, your first month of Salare is free. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in any email. We will not use your email address for any other purpose without your explicit consent.

The Salare name, logo, website, and app are the property of Salare. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our content without explicit written permission.

You agree not to use Salare to engage in any activity that is unlawful, harmful, or that could damage, disable, or impair the service. You are responsible for all activity under your account.

Salare is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Salare shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the service.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of material changes by email or by posting a notice on the site. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of New South Wales, Australia. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New South Wales.
